Set up Google Maps

  1. Create a Google Cloud project and enable billing.
  2. Enable Places API (New) and Places Aggregate API.
  3. Create an API key with access to both APIs, then paste it into Google Maps API key in API settings.

Direct browser REST calls need a key compatible with these APIs; website referrer restrictions can reject them. Google key instructions

Set up Apify

  1. Create an Apify account.
  2. Get your token from Settings → API & Integrations. Token instructions
  3. Paste it into the API token field in API settings, then choose Save settings.
